Senior Partner Adam Hakki (New York-Litigation) and partner Lyle Roberts (Washington D.C.-Litigation) will be participating in Practising Law Institute’s “Securities Litigation 2024: From Investigation to Trial” program on April 29, 2024. The program will take attendees through all the issues that can arise in the most complex securities matters — from the initial government investigation to the filing of the civil cases to either settlement or trial. The event is designed for securities practitioners, outside and in-house counsel, compliance officers, regulators, investment bankers and securities dealers.

Lyle will be serving as a Co-Chair of the program and will provide opening remarks. He will also be moderating three panels titled, “Securities Litigation – The Investigation: Recent Developments in Coordinating Requests from Government Regulators,” “Prosecuting and Defending the Civil Action: Class Certification, Fact Discovery, and Experts in Securities Litigation” and “Securities Litigation: Trial of the Civil Action.” Adam will be participating as a speaker on the panel titled, “Securities Litigation – The Investigation: Recent Developments in Coordinating Requests from Government Regulators.”
