Barbara represents financial institutions, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, and public and private companies including Mubadala, CVS Health, Quest Diagnostics, Valvoline, Tudor Investment Corporation, Citibank, N.A. and Goldman Sachs.

Experience

Representative matters

CVS Health Corporation, as borrower, on (i) a $49 billion senior unsecured bridge facility and (ii) a $5 billion a senior unsecured term loan facility, in each case, agented by Barclays, to finance, in part, the cost of CVS’s acquisition of Aetna Inc.

CVS Health Corporation, as borrower, on its senior unsecured revolving credit facilities agented by Bank of America, N.A. in the aggregate principal amount of $7.5 billion.

Quest Diagnostics Inc., as borrower, on its $750 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility agented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.

CSW Industrials, Inc., as borrower, on its $400 million senior secured revolving credit facility agented by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
