In the realm of capital markets, Emanuele represents underwriters and corporate clients in a public and private offerings, including privatizations, initial public offerings (IPOs), public offerings, private placements, and rights offerings, including several innovative “market firsts” transactions. Emanuele's role in these transactions is not limited to the deal-making phase; he is also a trusted advisor on ongoing corporate governance and securities law matters, ensuring that his clients receive comprehensive support throughout their corporate lifecycle.

Representative matters

Dr.Max Group in (i) the acquisition of Neo Apotek S.p.A., an Italian group operating more than 130 pharmacies in Italy and (ii) the acquisition of ValueFarma S.p.A., an Italian group operating in the pharmacy business, owned by the Blixt Group.

Ferretti S.p.A., Italian issuer listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, in connection with its secondary listing to listing on the Euronext Milan, the Italian main market, and concurrent secondary institutional offering.

Qatar Investment Authority in its take private of Coima RES SIIQ S.p.A.

Hines in the acquisition of a controlling stake of Aedes SIIQ S.p.A. and its subsequent mandatory public tender offer to acquire its outstanding shares and take it private.
