Shearman & Sterling advised EOS Partners GmbH on the financing of the acquisition of mod IT Services GmbH, a full-service provider for digital workplace management and IT security solutions.

Founded in 1991, mod IT Services GmbH is a full-service provider for individual workplace management and IT security solutions. The range of services includes consulting, customized solutions, as well as joint implementation of projects and support for the ongoing operations of its customers. The company employs around 150 people at its locations in Einbeck, Hanover and Kassel, Germany and supports more than 10,000 IT workplaces worldwide.

EOS Partners GmbH is a long-term oriented investment company with a focus on mid-sized companies in the DACH region that have USPs, sustainable customer relationships and a high growth potential. EOS supports its portfolio companies to strengthen their product and service portfolio which often involves further investments such as bolt-on acquisitions. EOS currently manages approx. EUR 200 million in equity.
